Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test – JEMAT 2019 is available here. Those candidates who want to check Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test can check our web page. Joint Entrance Management Aptitude Test, also known as JEMAT 2019, conducted by West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT).
It is a state level examination and is mandatory to get admission into several management courses including Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Human Administration (MHA) in the various colleges and institutions affiliated with the WBUT. The JEMAT 2019 will be an objective type question paper, consisting of three sections making the examination paper for 100 marks. The duration of the exam is 2 hours (11.00 hours to 13.00 hours). The three sections are mentioned below:
- Section I – English (40 Marks)
- Section II – Mathematics (40 Marks)
- Section III – Logical Reasoning (20 Marks)
JEMAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to be applicable to give the test. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
The candidate must have completed his bachelor’s degree in Science/ Commerce/ Arts/ Engineering/ Agriculture/ Dental/ Medical/ Technology or other professional courses from a recognized university. Candidates appearing for final year examination for their graduation are also applicable to give this test.
JEMAT 2019 Application Form
The application form can be downloaded from the official site of JEMAT Application 2019. The candidate, without any mistakes, must then fill it appropriately. Improper and Incomplete forms will be rejected. The form must be submitted with all proper documents and certificates, along with a passport-sized picture on which the candidate must have signed on. The application fee for general category candidate is Rs. 600/- and Rs. 300/- for ST/SC/OBC category candidates. It is payable in the form of demand draft which must be drawn in favor of WBUT JEMAT.

JEMAT 2019 admit card
The candidates will be able to collect their admit card from the official site of JEMAT 2019 a few days after the last submission date of forms. Candidates must enter their roll no, date of birth, or email address to get the admit card. They can then either print it or save it on their computer to get a hard copy of it afterward. The JEMAT 2019 admit card will contain your roll no, personal details, venue of examination and other important things. It is essential to carry you’re admit card to the examination.
JEMAT 2019 Answer Key
The answer key may release a few days after the examination is over and will contain all the JEMAT Answer Key 2019 to the question paper. It is a useful asset, which can be utilized by the students to get an estimate of the score they are likely to achieve in this examination. This will help them decide for the future, whether they should prepare for further admission procedure or not.
JEMAT Result 2019 Cut-off
The cutoff list is released by each college and differ by each course. It is necessary to score above the JEMAT 2019 cut-off marks to secure a seat in the respective college. The cutoff list is based on several factors including how difficult the paper was, how many candidates appear for the paper, the number of passing students and the number of seats available in the colleges. All these combined make up the JEMAT 2019 cut-off list. The candidates can get an estimate of the cut off list by judging the previous year cut off lists.
Group Discussion & Personal Interview
After the written JEMAT 2019 test is completed and the results are announced, the candidates are called by the colleges/institutions for the next step. This next step is Group Discussion and Personal Interview. A group of students is called for discussion and interact with the faculty members. They are given to discuss/debate on a specific topic in this. Some qualities they look for in group discussion are:

Suggestions & Ideas giving ability
Next, comes the JEMAT 2019 personal interview in which the candidate’s academic ability and the certificates he/she provided are verified. Candidates can better display their qualities in this round, as this round is specifically to know more about the candidate.
JEMAT Final Admission Procedure
Final admissions are done on the basis of the score achieved in the written test, group discussion, and personal interview. All of their combined scores decide whether the student is qualified to get admission into the college. The distribution is as follows:
Written Test: 80%
Group Discussion: 10%
Personal Interview: 10%
With the above weighting distribution, it can be seen that the JEMAT 2019 written test carries more importance, but group discussion and personal interview should not be ignored.
