The course is under the supervision of Entrance Examination Commissioner of Thiruvananthapuram. Thousands of aspirants try their luck and knowledge and securing a seat for themselves in various colleges under the guidance of the respected University. KLEE 2019 is a very tough exam.
KLEE Exam Pattern 2019
The applicants will have to answer 200 questions. The paper will be divided into the following parts:
General English: It will contain 65 questions related to the subject.
Legal Studies Aptitude: This will contain 70 questions related to the subject.
General Knowledge: This part will contain 65 questions related to the exam.
The questions will be of MCQ type and the candidate must choose the most relative answer according to his/her choice. The exam will last for 3 hours, and there will be negative marking, and therefore one marks will be deducted for every incorrect answer. Every right answer will fetch the student 3 marks.
If the candidate chooses 2 or more answers, then the answer will be considered wrong and one mark shall be deducted for every answer of this type. The exam will be in English Medium and the student can score a maximum of 600 marks i.e. 200 questions x3 marks for each correct answer.
KLEE 2019 Eligibility Criteria
- The applicants shall be a citizen of India and must reside in Kerala state only.
- The candidate must have studied for a continuous period of 5 years in a period of 12 months and no less. A certificate from the Head of Educational Institutions of Kerala is required to confirm the above-mentioned point.
- A certificate authorized by Village office and/or tehsildar of the village in which the applicant resides in to verify that the candidate was given birth in the state of Kerala only.
There are separate requirements for the 3 years and the 5-year course which are as follows:
For 5 years:
Applicant must have passed school examination (senior secondary) or any equivalent course under Kerala Board or any other institution known by the Kerala University and should have attained a minimum of 40% of marks of the total aggregate.
For 3 years:
The candidate must be a Bachelor with a certificate of the degree and must have scored an aggregate of 40% in Kerala examination or any other institution known by the University of Kerala.
How to apply?
The aspirants must download the form from the official website. They should fill the form and submit the application fee via a Bank Challan, which is mentioned as under:
- For students of the General category: Rs. 500
- For students of ST/SC category: Rs. 250
The student shall submit the form in the name of the in-charge.
KLEE Admit Card 2019
The candidates shall download the KLEE Admit card 2019 from the official website by logging in by entering their credentials. He/she shall keep 4-5 copies of the form in case one gets lost or for any other purpose and can be asked during the registration for the entrance exam and where ever and whenever necessary, also for future reference.
The candidate must carry the admission form with him to the hall form while going for the examination and failing to do this will prevent the candidate from giving the examination, as the same gets used by the invigilator for identification purposes and to verify that the student has applied for an exam or not.
KLEE 2019 Answer Key
It consists of all the answers for the exam question papers. The KLEE Answer key is published by the conductor if the examination and can be downloaded only by the students who registered from the examination by entering their roll number and date of birth along with the set number. By this, a candidate will get an idea of how much he/she will score in the examination.
Cut-off for KLEE 2019
It is the minimum aggregate the candidate needs in order to get the examination to the particular course or the college. It is set every year by the college or institution itself. Students can get an idea of the cut-off percentage by looking and searching for the cut-off percentages of the last couple of years. Failing to score the minimum cut-off percentage shall prevent the student from gaining admittance to the course or college, for whichever the cutoff is set.
KLEE 2019 Counselling
The students with and over the aggregate of cut off marks or percentage are called to a center and the KLEE Counseling 2019 procedure is followed. The student will be called as per the serial number and he/she will be given a list of courses and colleges he/she can gain admittance to and he/she has to carry and pay the amount called for the counselling, and if he does not submit the fees, he will not get admission.
